The luxury of being full

This week our local Harvest Hope Food Bank suffered water damage costing them food that amounted to around 45,000 meals for the hungry. 

I often fuss that I ate too much or that I need to stop eating so much, when in fact I'm very blessed to not be hungry when so many are. By donating even one canned item I can share this blessing.
